Dated 1604 on lintel over arch. Altered in C18 and 1900. Stone with plinth.
Slate roof with moulded coping, kneelers and finials. 2 storeys. Jettied porch.
Doorway with 4-centred arched head. Moulding continued through jambs. Carved
panel above with arms of Carr Family. One 3-light sash window with broad centre
light in splayed surround. Moulded string at eaves. One sash window in return.
Cross wing to right has one elongated 3-light stone mullion window. Moulded and
returned dripstone. To left of porch, one 2-light transmullioned window. One
2-light sash window above. Moulded and returned dripstones over both. Hall sec-
tion, one transmullioned window similar. Single light window to left blocked.
2 sash windows on 1st floor.
