Early to mid C19. Brick with stone dressings. Single storey, picturesque assymmetry. Gabled to road front, and with projecting open porch with four-centred arches. Two and three-light mullion and transom windows with hood-moulds, and diamond lattice work. Gable contains Beaumont arms and a carved lion. Overhanging eaves and ornamented trellis-work barge boards, continued on eaves cornice, with finials. Central tudor-style stone stack.
