Cottage, probably early C18. Coursed sandstone rubble with stone tiled roof
Rear is of sandstone rubble. 1½ storeys with 3 dormers. 2 unit plan
form with a window to either side of the door, and an additional smaller
window left of it. Windows are casements with flat timber lintels.
Angle quoins to left hand end, and to right, the wall is curved on the
corner. Gable stacks. Small projecting bay to rear.
