Cottage, possibly C17 with earlier core. Coursed rubble with angle
quoins and stone tiled roof. 1½ storeys and a single cell with side
entry. Street elevation has blocked doorway to right with smaller
window inserted in it and casement window to left with chamfered timber
lintel, widened. Evidence of considerable heightening and refronting
in the gable wall. Wing to rear with coped gable and large stepped
stones in gable, and casement windows.
