Cottage, late C18 or early C19. Of coursed rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof
and brick end stacks. Two storeys, 2 window range. Two-light casement windows with
glazing bars, those to ground floor beneath chamfered timber lintels and those to
1st floor beneath lintels with flush keystones. Left hand gable end is of squared
stone.
