Cottage, C19. Of coursed rubble and squared stone, with Collyweston stone slate
roof, and stone ridge and right hand end stacks. One storey and attic: door to
left, then window with cambered head, then a 2-light window with cill and timber
lintel, then a projecting lean-to addition with gabled dormer above. To the right
of this another 2-light window and finally single-light window in a stone architrave
at eaves level. Included for group value.
