South aspect. Church fabric is of sandstone of varying hardness: the softer material has either been replaced or shows erosion. The chancel on the right has a sill course. Next to the priests door is a low side lancet window, blocked at the bottom. Other windows are lancets or have Y tracery. These are typical of Early English Gothic architecture of the early C13. Early C18 brick porch on a stone plinth. Crow stepped gables. (Photo Apr 2009).
