Rectory, now house. 1789, with mid and late C19 additions.
Probably designed by George Richardson. Coursed and squared
ironstone and limestone ashlar, with ashlar and brick dressings
and hipped slate roofs. 4 corniced stone gable stacks. Plinth,
first and second floor bands. 2 storeys plus garrets, 3 bays.
Central range with 2 storey flanking wings. South front has
central cross transomed French window with flanking lights,
flanked by single glazing bar sashes. Above, 3 similar sashes.
Above again, shaped gable carrying 4 stacks, with a 6 light
central sash. West side has to left a C19 addition with door and
overlight, flanked to left by a cross mullioned casement, both
with segmental heads. To right, a glazing bar sash. North gable
has 2 C19 glazing bar sashes with segmental heads on each floor.
