6/42 The Eye Bridge

II

River bridge. 1773, restored mid C20. Brick with half-round
brick coping and ashlar piers. Single semi-circular arch,
flanked by single smaller horseshoe arches. Splayed parapet
walls have rectangular terminal piers with half-round caps.
