Pigeoncote, now used as dovecote. Early C18. Squared limestone
rubble with ashlar quoins, swept and facetted conical slate roof
with lead dressings. Lead roof turret with open sides and hipped
lead top. Octagonal plan. A low doorway with timber lintel
gives access to ground floor. At high level is a boarded
opening. Interior. The walls are lined with stone nesting
boxes. Central wooden post with turning table and ladder.
Staggered butt purlin pegged oak roof.
