House, circa 1800. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings; ironstone rubble to sides and rear. Pantile roof with brick gable stacks and decorative brick eaves course. Two storey four bay front with middle pair slightly advanced to form entry bay. C20 glazed door, off centre, flanked by to right two large glazing bar casements and to left one similar. First floor windows are two light Yorkshire sashes with glazing bars, opening over door is blank. All openings have flat lintels with splayed keystones.
