Later C18. 4-storey brick house, deep eaves cornice with paired brackets. 5
windows, hung sashes in plain reveals, flat stucco rusticated heads, plain cills
linked to form continuous bands. Ground floor had formerly a later C18 double
bow fronted shop slightly off centre of the house. Passage at East end of ground
floor. The house and shop have been divided. The West window has been given
modern glazing and door but retains the old form. The East bow retains its original
glazing bars.
Nos 18 and 20 form a group.
