Large mid C19 block. Corner site. Three storeys, rendered. Moulded cornice and parapet. Six windows on two elevations, one blocked and one narrow blocked to left, carved flat lintels, hung sashes with glazing bars. Band continues cills. Centre window to Mercer Row has moulded architrave and cornice. Similar windows on first floor, except three to main elevation, which have moulded surrounds, the centre one having a cornice on consoles. Late C19 shop front. Door recessed in plain doorway.
Listed solely as part of a group.

Nos 13 to 23 (odd) form a group.
