Rifle range, 1897. Yellow brick with red brick dressings and
terracotta details, concrete barrel vaulted roof. Square single
storey block to South Street frontage with long low building
behind. Main front is single storey of 3 bays with plinth,
moulded string course and embattled top with terracotta copings.
3 continguous blocked lancet windows having red brick heads with
continuous hood mould. To left of block a lower single storey
porch with C2@ planked door. Range proper consists of yellow
brick side walls with continuous concrete barrel vault with 2
metal ventilators. Listed for group value only.
