Manor house, 1794. Brick with hipped pantile roof having lead
dressings. 2 brick ridge stacks. 2 storey 3 bay front. Central
6 panelled door with 2 pane overlight, panelled reveals and
wooden doorcase with narrow hood. Flanked by single glazing bar
sashes. On the first floor are 3 further glazing bar sashes,
only the upper parts of which open. In the grounds is a stable
block which bears a stone inscribed "Francis Epworth 1794".
