Formerly the village bakery. House built c1800, with steps and railings to front door. Plastered stone plinth with brick quoins. Slate roof, brick gable copings. On the right a C19 shop window with bowed wooden orieland plain frieze. To left of this window is a doorway with segemental head, approached by a double flight of C19 brick steps with stone treads. Steps have C19 iron railings with fleur-de-lys and sword-handle finials. (Photo May 2014)
