1750. 3 storeys and sunk basement, 5 windows. Brown brick with red brick dressings.
Bands at lst and 2nd floor levels, cornice band and stone-coped parapet. Gauged
flat brick arches to sash windows, a few retaining original glazing bars. Windows
now have external louvred shutters. Mid C19 projecting rounded porch to door
of 15 small panels in moulded architrave. Left extension of 1881 and right extension
of 1926, both of same storey heights and roughly similar character. Rear elevation
early C19 of yellow brick with stone dressings, recessed sash windows with glazing
bars, Doric porch and 3 wrought-iron balconies at lst floor left. Inside in hall
a good late C18 fireplace brought from elsewhere.
