2. Early-mid C19 ornamental lodge, now 2 dwellings. 2 storeys, 2 windows in all.
Fairly low pitched hipped slated roof with central chimney and eaves soffit. 1st
floor pebble-dashed. Ground floor rendered with incised lines. Loggia, with
hipped slated roof and wood posts, all around ground floor. 1st floor casements
with small panes. Ground floor pointed windows with Gothic tracery, that on left
a full-length casement.

Clay Hill Lodge shall be amended to read
