Early C19. 2 storeys, gault brick. 6 stone mullioned windows on 1st floor,
each light pointed under square head. 5 windows on ground floor, 4 centred
head, stone mullions, pointed lights. Ground floor centre projects.
2 stone cornice bands between storeys. Cornice, battlemented parapet.
Irregular octagonal brick tower on roof with clock dial in lower stage,
pointed belfry window in upper stage, original Portland stone dome and
wrought iron weather vane lettered IPS.
