Earlier 19th Century. Formerly The Shrubbery.
Symmetrical design. Two storeys, 5 bays.
Stucco.
Centre segmental on plan with Doric porch and first floor triplet of windows above.
Flanking recessed 2-window wide bays.
Advanced end bays with tripartite windows framed by plinth and Didyma-type Ionic
giant pilasters having recessed panels. Fretted stone balcony on consoles to first
floor window.
Architraves to all windows and cornices to those on first floor. Crowning
entablature and blocking course.
