3 storeys and basement. Slated mansard, 2 windows wide. Continuous balustraded
parapet to modillion cornice. Projecting porches with lotus caps to piers and inset
round headed doorways. Cast iron balcony to first floor along whole facade breaking
forward over porches. Balconies to ground floor windows. Ground and 1st floor windows
square headed with French casements. Spearhead area railings.
