1856; classical terrace. Stucco. Slated roof. Three storeys and attic and basement.
Attic has balustraded parapet. Main cornice has elaborate "Doric" frieze. First floor
has cast iron balustrades (crinoline shape) to balconies. Symmetrical projecting
portions to each end with 1st floor windows having their own entablatures and attached
columns. Ground floor horizontal grooving and Ionic porticos. Square headed windows
except ground floor which are segmental.
