Corner terraced house. 1907 by Boehmer and Gibbs. Portland stone faced;
slate roof. Free Style Queen Anne-Georgian Revival. 4 storeys, basement
and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide but with 3-window segmental bow
through ground to 2nd floor to centre-right. Left hand entrance
semicircular arched with foliated surround and keystone under hood
supported on consoles; hood moulding carried over segmental bow to right;
its ground floor sash windows divided by panelled pilasters and with
pulvinated frieze. 1st floor window of bow and that over entrance with
keystones and arcaded cornice-hoods; 2nd floor windows of bow flanked by
engaged Ionic columns; 3rd floor windows in architrave surrounds with
keystones. 1st floor continuous stone balcony with cast iron balustrade;
dentil cornice over 2nd floor carried over bow; plat band and sill band to
3rd floor; crowning dentil cornice and balustraded parapet. Ornamental
cast iron area railings.
