Stable-coach houses. c.1773 (altered mews front) associated with Robert
and James Adam's Nos. 7 and 9 Mansfield Street q.v. Stuccoed brick, slate
roofs. "Polite" east fronts vis-a-vis rear of Mansfield Street houses. 2
storeys. 3 windows wide. East fronts have inscribed Venetian window
composition to centre 1st floor (partly blind) with Doric pilasters and
dentil cornice, the outer relieving arch blind with wreathed rosettes in
spandrels, No. 6 with radial patterned fanlight to inner arch. C.20
window and door insertions. Parapets with copings; No. 5 with entablature
with swag frieze.
