Early C20. Imposing steel-framed building of 5 storeys and semi-basement in
red brick with yellow terracotta cill bands to 1st and 2nd floors. Moulded
dentil eaves cornice. Windows have segmental-arched heads in yellow brick.
Octagonal turret recessed in series and with copper cupola. Formerly one of
a pair.

Broadstone Mill House forms a group with gates to Broadstone Mill House
and No 99 which are of local interest.

Broadstone Mill House shall be amended to read Broadstone House.
