House and barn. Early C19. Hammer-dressed watershot stone
with graduated stone slate roof and corrugated asbestos barn
roof. Double-depth plan with 3 storeys, 3 bays and a barn at
right-angles to rear. Central door. 3-light flat-faced stone
mullion windows to bays 1 and 3 and 1-light to bay 2 all
with continuous sill bands. Gable chimney stack. 2-light
windows to gables and a C20 window. Similar fenestration to
rear although mullions are recessed. A small C20 extension
links the house to the barn which has a segmental-headed
cart entry, a 2-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion
window, outshut and garage doors inserted to rear.
