Farmhouse and barn. "WRER 1746" (William Radcliffe) on door
lintel. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone
slate roof. 2-unit plan with 2 storeys and barn added at a
later date to left. Quoins. Door to left was formerly on the
right gable. 4, 4 and 2-light double-chamfered cavetto-
moulded mullion ground floor windows and two similar 4-light
windows on the first floor with small window inserted to
right. Shaped eaves gutter brackets. Ridge chimney stack.
12-pane sash windows to rear. The barn also has quoins, a
segmental-headed cart entry with dressed surround and a
shippon door to left.
