House. Early C19. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with
graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth house with 1 bay
and 2 storeys. Door to right has chamfered surround. 4-light
ground floor window and 6-light on first floor with one
light blocked. Rendered gable chimney stack. Flat roof
extension to rear and 6-light first floor window. All
windows have recessed flat-faced stone mullions. Included
for group value.
