House, Late C17 with C18 and C19 alterations. Lias coursed rubble with
slate roof. 4-unit plan. 2-storey, 5-window range. Projecting porch with
side entrance between first and second bays from left has 6-panelled C19 door
with simple moulded surround and flat hood. Sash windows with original thick
glazing bars to ground floor of porch. Two 3-light stone mullion windows to
right of porch and one other to porch. Remaining windows are 3-light
casements with leaded lights under wood lintels. Small fire window at far
left. Shallow pitched roof with brick ridge and end stacks. Evidence in
stonework of arched entrance to front of porch. Interior: fielded panelled
shutters to ground floor rooms with stone mullions, may originally have been
more than one house.
