Farmhouse, Mid C17. Coursed lias rubble with C20 plain tiled roof, 2-unit
lobby-entry plan with rear wing forming L plan. 2-window range of casements
with wood lintels. Large brick and stone stack at ridge. Entrance to lobby
at rear with plank and braced door, under wood lintel. Rear wing late C17
similar to front range with barns attached having a 3-light stone mullioned
oriel to right with a flat top. Barn roof has been replaced as single pitch
with C20 corrugated asbestos. Interior: open fireplace with moulded bressumer
in ground floor outbuilding below oriel. Open fireplace with plain arched head
in kitchen. Fielded panelled dado in room to left of entrance.
