Lychgate and wall. c.1882. J. M. and H. Taylor. Banded stone
and brick wall with terra-cotta coping. Clay tile roof to
oak-framed lychgate. The diagonally braced side walls of the
lychgate stand on dwarf walls. King-post roof trusses have
curved struts and diagonally braced cambered tie beams.
Cross finial. All in a C15 style. The walls are stepped at
intervals.
