House. Early/mid C18. Hammer-dressed and watershot stone
with slate and graduated stone slate roofs. One-bay block of
2 storeys adjoined to, and slightly later than a 2-bay block
of 3 storeys which has a wing to rear. Each is 2 rooms
deep. Bay 1 has a 6-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion
ground floor window (with king mullion and 2 mullions
removed) and a 3-light flat-faced first floor window. The 3-
storey part has a projecting plinth and 4 and 2-light (or 3
and 2-light on the upper floor) recessed chamfered mullion
windows with several of the mullions removed and one light
blocked. Brick gable stacks. Square-cut stone door surround
in left gable.
