House, now 2 houses. Late C18. Hammer-dressed watershot
stone with graduated stone slate roof. Single-depth plan
with a total of 3 bays and 3 storeys. Symmetrical elevation
has quoins, central door with dressed surround, 5-light
recessed flat-faced stone mullion windows to each floor of
bays 1 and 3 and 1-light windows in bay 2 on the upper
floors. Shaped eaves gutter brackets. Gable chimney
stacks. The rear has 2 blocked taking-in doors, windows on
each floor in bay 2 and a small lean-to extension of C19
date. Interior: vaulted cellar and a workshop on top floor,
formerly the full length of the house.
