Terrace of 6 houses, originally symmetrical composition (3
houses demolished). c1860. Stucco with slate roof. 2
storeys and basement, with attic. 3 bays to each house,
except Nos. 3 and 4 which have 2 bays only. No.2 and Nos. 6
and 7 break forward. Ground floor has channelled
rustication, 1st floor sill band, top frieze cornice and
parapet. Nos. 2, 6 and 7: round-headed windows to ground
floor; Nos. 6 and 7 have paired projecting porches with
round-headed openings, dentilled cornice and pierced
parapet, No.2 formed similar pair with No.1 (demolished).
1st floor windows have architraves incised friezes and
cornices. Entrance bay windows of Nos. 6 and 7 have Greek
hoods. Nos. 3 and 4: Canted bay windows of 2 storeys,
round-headed windows to ground floor. Central paired porches
with round-headed openings, dentilled cornice. Windows over
have architraves. No.5 has tripartite casement window with
segmental relieving arch, porch to left and 1st floor
windows in architraves. Parapet has small attic windows,
all windows have casements.
