Villa, now clinic. c1840-60. Stucco. Hipped slate roof.
2-storey, five bays, two rooms deep. Italianate style, symmetrical with
central entrance under tower to rear stair hall. C20 2-storey
extension to rear, and multiple late C20 extensions in front.
Banded rustication to slightly projecting entrance bay, round door
with small bracketed cornice and pediment, and narrow side lights.
2-pane C20 windows with moulded architraves and sills and bracketed
cornice. First floor windows also with architraves and sills
extended as band. Paired carved modillion brackets to wide eaves.
Tower over door with tripartite first floor window and paired
arched lights to second storey. Facade extended by half bays both
sides at rear.
Interior: Vaulted porch on carved corbels.
