Just outside Park wall on the south. A small mid C19 model farm with labourer's
cottage on south-east corner and coachman's cottage. Built of stone with
some flint, slate roofs. The farmhouse is of the same date. 2 storeys
banded stone and flint courses in Latin cross plan. Coped gables with moulded
kneelers. Slate roof. Gable end and central chimneys, front gable with finial.
East front of 2 windows, corbelled rectangular oriel bay on 1st floor of
gables with 3 marginal glazing bar casements and stone mullions. The ground
floor has a 3-light mullion window with dripmould over. Pinnacled gable
over right hand 1st floor window. Ashlar built at rear.
