2 dwellings and office. Early C19, on the site of a C15-C16 house of which
cellars and some internal walls are said to remain. White brick, slated roof.
2 storeys. 4 windows, inset sashes under flat stuccoed arches with raised
keys, 16-paned to No.24, 12-paned to No.22. Each dwelling has an identical
doorway with original 5-panel door and overlight. No.22 has a contemporary
18-paned former shop window and associated doorway with mid C20 glazed door
and original overlight. 2-bay return to Gracechurch Street. Included for
group value.
