House. Circa 1800. Random flint with buff brick and knapped flint dressings.
A section of the upper floor to each side of the centre is in grey brick.
First floor brick band. Slated roof. 2 storeys and basement. Asymmetrical
5-bay facade, the windows to left more closely-spaced. Sash windows with
glazing bars in flush frames. Ground floor windows have semi-circular arches
with stuccoed infilling. Doorway, reached by a flight of 4 stone steps, has
6-panel raised and fielded door, architrave and arch to match ground floor
windows. Above the doorway is a low and wide first floor window with
segmental head and radiating glazing bars. To right of steps to main doorway
is a wrought iron railing with gate; further steps lead down to a wide plank
door into basement.
