House. c.1830-40. Roughcast clay lump and white brick. Hipped slate roof.
A 3-bay 2 storey villa. Symmetrical roughcast facade. Central entrance: a 6
raised panelled door with traceried rectangular fanlight, doorcase with fluted
half columns, entablature with projecting cornice, outer jambs are blocked in
a curiously mannered version of a Gibbs surround. Similar treatment to
architraves of 6:6 pane flush frame sashes. Raised quoining at ends. Mutuled
eaves cornice. Stacks to sides also have raised quoining. White brick
returns and rear which has casement windows, 3 lights with segmental heads on
first floor. Interior not inspected.
