Three houses. C17 with some early C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Timber-frame with rendered and painted brick infill on painted brick and coursed lias rubble plinth, with thatched roof to Wychwood, machine tile roofs to other parts. Wychwood at south end of three bays, then Forge Cottage of two bays, with No 33 forming a cross-wing at north end. The stack of No 33 is central, the others have gable-end stacks. East front: No 33 of two storeys with two 2-light casements to first floor. The ground floor has three casements, that to left in a single storey under catslide with attic lit by a gabled dormer. The entrance is in the right-hand return wall. Framing: three square panels high with straight angle braces. Forge Cottage: two storeys, irregular fenestration, two casements. Entrance to right-hand corner. Framing: three square panels high, raised by a further square panel. Wychwood: one storey with attic lit by casement cut into thatch. The ground floor has two 2-light casements. Entrance has a ledged and boarded door and a plank weathering. Framing: two large rectangular panels high.
