SO 4863 LUSTON CP MAIN STREET (east side)

12/71 Cart shed and
granary at Bury Farm

GV II

Cartshed and granary over. Late C18 with some mid-C20 repairs. Timber-
frame with brick infill, and of coursed rubble with tile roof. Four framed
bays aligned east/west. South front of two storeys with loft door to left
of centre. Ground floor originally open, the two bays to right filled in
for stables. Right-hand (east) gable of rubble has an external flight of
stairs to loft. The farmhouse is now known as Lustonbury (qv). Included
for group value.
