Farmhouse. C17, altered. during C18 and early to mid-C19, further C20
alterations. Sandstone rubble with Welsh slate roofs. Main rectangular
block with three gables to north-east side and further wing added at
northern end. Entrance with former through-passage to north-east side.
Lateral and gable-end stacks. Two storeys, attics and cellars. North-east
front: two gables to left of external stack and one gable to right with
2-light C20 casement windows; 3-light casement windows to first floor, two
to left and one to right of stack; ground floor: similar 3-light window
to left and one 2-light and similar 3-light casement window to right of
semi-circular headed C20 doorway with glazed inner door. Gable end of
later wing projects forwards to right with 3-light casement windows to
ground and first floor. Interior retains chamfered and moulded ceiling
beams and a C17 staircase with turned balusters and moulded handrail.
