Farmhouse, late C16 - early C17. Timber-framed with lath and plaster
infill, part brick infill to ground floor, late C18 - early C19 brick
extension to north side, brick stack. Straight range of 2 framed bays, ' -
brick extension to north side and lean-to to south side, large external
stack to south side. Entrance in brick extension. Two storeys and attic
with gable,end of timber-framed structure to right has 2 shallow jetties
with moulded bressummer supported on brackets to gable wall. C19 fenestra-
tion, one 3-light window to ground floor and 3-light window above, single
storey brick section has one 2-light window to left of plank door.
fill: close-studding with mid-rail to ground floor, 3 panels with
diagonal brace to first floor, V-struts in gable. Interior not inspected.
Timber-framed range probably remaining end projecting cross-wing of former
larger house.
