Early C19. Stuccoed front. Hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. 1st floor 4 casement
windows with horizontal glazing bars. Ground floor French windows with horizontal
glazing bars and glazed and panelled door left of centre. Verandah on ground floor
with concave glazed iron roof on elaborate cast iron supports with iron frieze.
Adjoins Rutland Lodge.

The Cottage, St Michael's, Ankerdine House,Rutland Lodge and South Parade House
with gate piers north west form a group.
