GV II
House. Probably C17 and restored in mid-C20. Roughly square sandstone
rubble with sandstone dressings and tiled roof. Stone gable stacks and
side stack with brick shaft. H-plan. Cellar, two storeys and attic.
1:2:1 windows, restored stone mullioned labelled windows of five lights
to left gable, four to right; centre range has one-light windows to
ground floor and 3-light mullions to first floor; central entry with
eared architrave and broken segmental pediment; mid-C20 door. (RCHM
Vol I, p 209).
