House. C17, with C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed with
rendered infill, sandstone plinth, brick later additions, slate roof.
Two framed bays aligned north/south with entrance on north side of rear
C20 addition, south gable end stack. Single storey and attic, two C20
flat-roofed dormers with 3-light C20 windows, two pairs of 2-light casement
windows set in square panelled framing to ground floor. Framing appears
largely complete, three square panels from sill to wall-plate with V-struts
in gable.
