House, sometime 2 houses, now one house. C18 brick casing to older
structure, C19 alterations and division. Red brick exterior in
Flemish-bond, roughcast at rear, and steep old red tile roofs. A
2-storeys house facing N, set back from pavement. 2 2-light casements on
1st floor, 2 3-lights casement on ground floor below others. Door in use
between windows: doorway at LH end altered to a narrow 2-lights
casement. Battened oak door. Dentilled brick eaves. Rusticated stucco
surrounds to ground floor openings with keystones and stepped quoins to
jambs. Plain similar surrounds to 1st floor. A lozenge in black bricks
in top of W gable. Internal gable chimney at W and smaller internal
chimney to LH of door. Included for group value.
