C17 in origin but much altered. 2 storey timberframed and plastered.
Hipped slate roof. 3 windows flush sashes with 3/3 panes. Irregular
spacing. Roof raised in C19 but tie beams survive in bedrooms at cill
level. Chamfered ceiling beam in Lounge Bar. Lateral chimney at rear (N).
External gable stack on W. NE wing early C19, 2 storeys, plastered under
slate roof. Sash window to rear with 8/8 panes. Single storey lean-to
extension along rear wall with gable chimney, catslide slate roof, large
dormer and sash windows with 2/2 panes. Single storey shallow extension
at front (S) plastered with slate front slope to flat roof. Wood casement
windows with small panes. Included for group value.
