Farm cottages in L-shaped group. Late C18. Green's Cottage is
chequered red brick. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. 6 sash
windows with thick glazing bars and wide frames, the lower ones
recessed. Floor band. Brick dentilled caves. Off-centre door
in round-headed relieving arch. Brick on right end is plain,
probably early C19. Double-pile block on rear left: 2 storeys
and attics, the middle block with mansard roof and weatherboarded
sable towards road. 3-light leaded casement on NE. Said to have
been the old laundry block of Codicote Lodge.
