House. Mid C18 front block. Large rear extension of late C19.
Front range is in chequered red brick. Plain tile roof. 2
storeys and attics. Coped parapeted gable ends with internal
chimney stacks. 3 8/8-pane sash windows with louvred shutters
and gauged brick heads. Moulded brick floor band. Central door
with 6 fielded panels, triglyph consoles and flat cornice hood.
2 hipped dormers. 1 window left extension of same date, but with
narrower sashes. Rear extension in plain red brick. Segmental-
headed sash windows. Oversailing eaves. The house was used as a
Red Cross Hospital during World War I.
